YOUTH MINISTRY

The Youth Ministry of Kingsport Community Church is for 6th grade through Seniors in High School. We focus on providing a loving place for all youth where they can explore and affirm who they are as children of God in a safe and secure Christian environment. Through our worship, mission opportunities, retreats, fun nights and Bible studies, we seek to grow in love toward God and toward each other by cultivating a community of faith and friendship.

Hello Everyone,

How are you doing on your challenges being sent out by Pastor Brian? Some of them have been a little tough, some have been easy, some are very thought provoking. Be sure to let him know when you have completed them.

School is about to start and some of you have or are are about to start some of your school activities. So life is about to get busy! Be sure to mark the following dates on your calendar! We want everyone to be a part of each activity! When you are not here we miss you!

This week:
Sun. July 25: Happy Birthday Nick!
Car Wash Tickets were handed out to be sold!

Wed. July 28: Youth Service at 6:45 pm. Followed by July Birthday Celebration!
Last day to sign up for KCC Youth retreat.
Boys will be camping along the Nolichucky river!
Girls will be staying in cabins in Baileyton, TN!

If you have any tents or sleeping bags the youth could borrow for the camping trip please let Pastor Brian know! Also if you have any folding chairs both groups could use those the weekend of the retreat! Thanks!

Fri. Sept. 17-18: State Youth Fall Retreat in Crossville!

X-plosion Student Ministries creates an environment for students to develop and grow in their Christian walk in order to impact the world around them one life at a time. The youth group includes students from 6th through 12th grades.

Service Times
Youth meet in the youth area located inside the family life center gymnasium.

Sundays
9:30 am – 10:30 am (Focused Bible Study)
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (Group activities and Biblical life applications)

Wednesdays
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm (Group activities and small group meetings)
